ThemeRamp is a focused service from my studio, Soerensen Digital, in Kiel, Germany. It does one thing: fix accessibility problems in Shopify theme code and document the work so your counsel can use it.
I use automated testing and AI-assisted coding to work fast, and I review and re-test every change myself before it reaches you. I don't give legal advice or promise you can't be sued. I fix the code in scope, show you the proof, and tell you plainly what's outside my reach.

Questions, answered honestly
Is this legal advice?
No. We are not lawyers and nothing we deliver is legal advice. If you've been sued or received a demand letter, speak to a lawyer and keep an eye on any deadlines. We deliver the technical work and the written record; your counsel decides how to use it.
Will this stop lawsuits?
No one can honestly guarantee that. A lawsuit can be filed whatever the state of a website, and parts of your store (Shopify checkout, third-party apps) are outside anyone's single control. What you get is fixed code on the templates in scope and a dated record of what was found, fixed and still open.
Do you need my password?
No. We send a standard Shopify collaborator request asking only for the permissions the work needs. You approve it in your admin and can revoke it at any time. We don't request access to orders or customer data.
Do you change my live store?
We never edit or publish your live theme. All code changes are made on a duplicate, unpublished theme. Product image alt text is applied only after your written approval, and the accessibility statement is created as a hidden page you make visible.
What about my apps and checkout?
Shopify controls checkout, and app vendors control their widgets, so we can't change that code. We test those elements where they appear on the in-scope templates, document what we find, and give you notes to send to each vendor.
My counsel has a vendor. Should I use you?
Follow your counsel's advice. If they'd like a second option, send them this page. The report is written so a lawyer can read it, and we answer technical questions in writing. We don't comment on legal strategy.
Why not just install an overlay?
An overlay adds a script that tries to adjust the page after it loads. It doesn't change your theme's underlying code, and that code is what we fix. According to EcomBack's 2025 report, about 25% of sites sued in 2025 already had an overlay installed.
What's your refund policy?
If we haven't started, we refund your deposit in full. If we can't deliver the preview theme, we refund everything you've paid. Full wording in the service terms.
Why a studio in Germany?
The work is remote, on your theme code. The time difference often helps: send something in the evening, have an answer in the morning. Contracts are in English and prices in US dollars.
